- iPad - Download Movies
At times you may want to download a movie to your iPad. The iPad wasn't really designed to accommodate downloads that are outside of the Apple/iTunes system, but there is a work around.
- iPad/iPhone - Line Through Play Button
If you are using an iPad or iPhone, and the video player shows the play button with a line through it, preventing you from playing the video, try turning off private browsing in your browser.
If you're using Safari go to (iOS Settings → Safari → Private Browsing).

- What Movie Player is Recommended?
The video player we suggest using is VLC media player, which can be downloaded here.

- What Video Format Is Used?
We use the MP4 format. MP4 is a format that will play on any platform (PC, Mac, Android, iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, etc, etc) or any video player (Windows Media, Quicktime, DivX, Real, AppleTv, etc, etc). The video player we suggest using is VLC media player, which can be downloaded here.

You can rate individual images, galleries, films, models and artists.
Rating A Gallery
If you'd like to leave ratings for a gallery look for the Activity Box. Move your mouse over the star that represents the rating that you want to give.
- Locating Rated Images
After you've rated individual images, you can easily find them for later viewing. The way that you do that will be determined by what site you are on.
From from within any member's area, look in the upper right hand corner. You should see something similar to this:

- Change My Username?
Once a membership is processed, our system does not allow usernames to be changed. If you want to retain a specific username, please contact us for guidance before any upgrades or joins.

- Change or Reset My Password?
You can reset your password at the following link. If you have any problems, you can also submit a ticket, and our Customer Support Team will be glad to take care of that for you.

If you have multiple subscriptions, the tool changes the passwords to all subscriptions at the same time.
- Determine If My Country Allows Access?
Some countries block access to adult sites. If this is a concern for you, prior to joining, please contact us for the most up-to-date information.

- Know What Sites I Have Memberships To?
With so many sites, it can sometimes be a challenge to remember what you have signed up for. There is an easy way to tell which sites your username is a member of.
From within the member's area, look in the upper right hand corner. Move your mouse over the downward pointing arrow. The list will then expand. Click "Manage Account".
You'll then be taken to your Account Center.
If something doesn't match what your records show, let us know, and we'll be glad to look into it for you. - Login When I Can't See The Prompt Box?
Sometimes when using a mobile device or your TV, you will not see the login prompt box. If that happens, try entering this in the address bar, with the appropriate variables in place for username, password, and site name. This will not work in Internet Explorer.

You should be able to solve most login issues by visiting

If you are not writing us from the email address on the account, you will have to verify information before the login details are released to you. This is for the safety of your account, and we appreciate your understanding.
- Login When My Credentials Won't Work?
If you can't login, please make sure you are using the correct username and password, and that you are entering them exactly as shown. Our usernames are
cAsE SeNsItIvE
So if your password has a Capital R, a lowercase r won't work.
If you are copying and pasting the information, please make sure that you are not picking up any empty spaces before or after the logins. That is easy to do, and will cause the login to fail.
If you still can't login, submit a ticket with an explanation of what is happening when you try to login, along with any error messages you may be seeing on the screen. - Log Out?
To logout of our sites, from within the member's area, look in the upper right hand corner. Move your mouse over the downward pointing arrow. The list will then expand. Click "Logout".
When discretion is an issue, a suggested manner of browsing is to use a separate window and view the site in private mode. What that is called depends on the browser you are using, but some common terms are private browsing and incognito browsing. A web search of those terms along with your browser name should provide instructions.

- Download Pictures?
As a member, you can download individual images, or zip sets containing the images
Downloading Single Images
To download an individual image, have it displayed on your screen. Then, in the upper right hand corner, select which resolution you want to download: High, Medium, or Low.
Then simply click the word "Download", and the image will be saved to your computer. Where it is saved will vary depending on what browser you are using, and if you've indicated that your downloads should go to a folder other than the default one. - Purchase Individual Movies?
Some of our sites now offer the ability to purchase a movie without being a member. You can do that by following the steps below. We'll be using SexArt.com in our example.
To find available downloads, go to the site, and scroll down until you see "View All Movies".
Click that.
