- Can I Join Without A Credit Card?
We offer a few alternate payment methods. Select sites take payment by cryptocurrency. If that option is available for the site you are interested in, you will see the link on the join form. Pre-paid cards that have the VISA/Mastercard logo should work as well.
You can send a cashier’s/certified check or money order, (international money order if you are not in the US) for non recurring memberships via regular mail. If you would like to use this option, please contact us for the payment address.
- Can I Pay Through a Specific Processor?
If you have a preference as to which payment processor your membership bills through, we will do our best to accommodate your request. For regular memberships and upgrades, in most cases this is possible. Promotional offers are generally tied to a specific processor.

Yes, we are now able to accept Paypal payments for most countries. Contact our Customer Care Team for an Epoch join link.
Epoch is the only processor that allows us to accept Paypal.

- Declined Transactions
In most instances when a card is declined, we are unable to see the reason. However, sometimes an error message that you see on the screen may help us solve the issue for you.
If you've had a transaction declined, please contact us with the site you were trying to join, the terms of membership (recurring, non-recurring, 30 days, 365 days, etc) and the price of the join you were attempting. We may be able to give you other links to try. - How Can I Cancel My Membership?
We utilize a variety of payment processors, but any membership can be cancelled by the following methods.
You can self cancel by viewing your Account Center. (Don't know where your Account Center is? Read this link) From within the member's area, look in the upper right hand corner. Move your mouse over the downward pointing arrow. The list will then expand. Click "Manage Account".
- How Can I Change My Credit Card Information?
To change your credit card information for a subscription, follow the steps outlined below.

- How Will Charges Appear On My Card?
The charges will appear discreetly on your card statement. The descriptor varies depending on which biller your membership is processed through. For specific information about your membership, please contact our Support staff.

- Refunds
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once issued, it will take a few business days for the funds to return to your card. Times vary depending on your issuing bank. It can take up to 2 months for refunds for purchases made with pre-paid cards.

- Trial Membership Access
Our trial memberships offer the same features and benefits available to regular members.
At the time of a trial join, your card will be pre-authorized for the membership amount. If the account is cancelled during the trial period, the hold on those funds is released. If the account is still active at the end of the trial period, your card is charged. - Unrecognized Charges
If you do not recognize charges that appear on your statement, or you receive an email for a join that you did not authorize, please contact Support immediately with the subject line Billing.

- What is My Account Status?
You can see your account status for all memberships under a single username. From within the member's area, look in the upper right hand corner. Move your mouse over the downward pointing arrow. The list will then expand. Click "Manage Account".
That will take you to your Account Center, where you can view subscriptions, cancel memberships, and Upgrade.
- Why Was My Card Declined?

- Will My Credit Card Information Be Stored?
We do not store any of your credit card information locally, nor do we have access to the full number on your card.
