    Above all, our members come first. We know you work hard for your money, and we appreciate you choosing us. We create everything with our members in mind. We will never take you for granted and consider it a privilege to work on a product that so many people love and enjoy. If upon purchase one of our members is not satisfied with our content, we will offer them credit or refund, and take whatever steps necessary to get them what they are looking for. We will always treat our members with respect, in exactly the same way we would want other companies to treat us.

    Having an issue with our sites? Here's how to contact our support desk. We are always happy to help.

    Our Customer Care team is always glad to assist you with any issue you may have. While we do close twice a year to allow our staff to celebrate holidays with their families, someone is on hand every other day of the year to help. We answer support tickets in order of priority. For example, a login issue will take priority over a request asking us to identify a model.

      When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

    • How will my order be shipped?

      We currently offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS. You select the best shipping method for your location during the order process.

    • I am an international customer. Will I need to pay customs?

      Depending on your country and its import laws you may have to pay Customs tax. Please contact your local Customs authority for up-to-date information.

    • Is my credit card information secure?

      We do not store your credit card information. We utilize third-party payment processors. These processors are PCI Compliant. Being PCI compliant means consistently adhering to a set of guidelines set forth by the PCI Standards Council. PCI compliance is governed by the PCI Standards Council, an organization formed in 2006 for the purpose of managing the security of credit cards.

    • Where does the merchandise ship from? 

      Store purchases are shipped from the United States unless otherwise stated.

      From from within any member's area, look in the upper right hand corner.  

      1. You should see something similar to this:
    • Navigating Sites from Within Your Account Center

      If you have subscriptions to more than one site, and all subscriptions have the same email address, it is easy to navigate between them using your Account Center.  Just click the small icon next to the name of the site that you want to visit.

      If you'd prefer not to use the Account Center, you can also navigate the sites from within the member's area. 

    • What Are Favorites?

      Favorites are movies, galleries, or a movies series that you have saved for easy access at a later time. Once saved, they are accessed from within the Account Center.  

      They can be viewed from within your Account Center, filtered by site, or by date added. You can also select a date range that you wish to view.
